da cassino online: Rangers appear to have left it late to make their first significant move in the January transfer window.According to a recent report from Belgian media outlet HLN, the Gers have reached a verbal agreement with Ianis Hagi over a loan move until the end of the season – a deal which will include an option to buy clause. The 21-year-old midfielder, who is the son of Gheorghe Hagi, is jetting to Glasgow today for a medical ahead of the move.
Hagi arrived at Racing Genk in the summer transfer window for a fee of €4m and has scored three goals and provided four assists in 14 Jupiler Pro League appearances, but the player is eager for greater exposure to first team football to ensure he earns a place in Romania’s squad for the Olympic Games in Tokyo this summer.
It’s unlikely that many of the Ibrox faithful will have heard of the promising attacking midfielder and his relative anonymity certainly adds an element of intrigue to the deal, particularly given his footballing heritage.
But if supporters were concerned about his ability to adapt to the SPFL this season, Jordan Campbell’s hugely encouraging verdict may well have dampened those fears.
Six words of effusive praise to whet the appetite of the supporters.
While that is, of course, exactly what the fans want to hear, the fact he has already been capped 10 times by Romania certainly suggests he could be a star in the making.
For now, we’ll just have to take Campbell’s word for it.
